Larry Phillip Beckham, 70, of Castle Hayne, NC passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter.

Mr. Beckham was born in Rock Hill, SC on March 19, 1942, the son of the late E. L. and Honore Miller Beckham. He was preceded in death by a brother, Martin Beckham.

Surviving is his wife, Jane H. Beckham of the home; daughter, Leanne and husband, Sean Newcomer of Leland, NC; three special people in his life, Colby, Kristin, and Addy; sister, Linda Parker of Hampstead, NC; brother-in-law and special friend, Jimmy Harvell of Bolivia, NC; two nieces, Becky and Fonda along with two great nephews and one great niece.

There will no services at this time, however, the family request that memorials be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401 in Larry’s name.
