Milton was a "one of a kind", and I mean that with all due respect and kindness... There was never a dull moment when you were around him... I have many fond memories from our childhood times together... I have only seen Milton a few times in the last several years... When I visited Frank & Lib last summer he came over and we had a great time re-living some of our childhood times... I know his health was failing the last few years, but he was to young to die... Milton and his brothers Frank & Preston (aka Ed) are a big part of my memories for my brother Fred & I... He will be missed and our thoughts are with all of his family...

Frank, Lib, and Preston, I am so sorry for your loss. I know Frank you and Lib, spent a lot of happy time with Milton. You will surely miss that, Milton, will be looking down at you especially at your dinner table, with Libs good cooking and Franks conversations. My prayers are with you and all your families.

Returning home from five weeks in Charleston after attending estate affairs of Ruby's husband, Roy, who died in February, I received Fred's email about Milton. Sorry we didn't get the message while in the Carolinas; would love to have been there last Saturday. But I do have my memories of Milton, so many from childhood. I guess because I really connected with him, he had the power to make me mad when we were growing up. Still, I loved him and luckily hold a great memory from the last time I saw him in 1992 when Uncle Monroe died, the only time the four of us ever sat at the table together--Milton, our daughter Suzannne, then in grad school, Jack and me. We went to Shoney's (I think) for breakfast and laughed and laughed. Suzanne who doesn't always take to people, especially new people, said "Mom, that's one relative I really like. How come I haven't met him before?" Milton had heart and he could be fun. I loved him. Marilyn

Milton my first cousin; I have great memories of you, Frank and I rolling papers and delivering the Forence Morning News. Also memories of events at our Grandparents Houses, The Bats, The stockyards and many more. Saturday night wrestling on B&W TV at your your house and of course the Drive-In at 6-points. I am so pleased that I got to see you in North Carolina in the last few years, & I appreciate greatly you, your Son and his Son coming to my home on a Thanksgiving morning. Most of all I remember two things about you the first is that mischievious grin and second that hearty Milton laugh. I thank God for the time that we spent together in the last few years. Whereever you are, I will reconize you when I get there by that hearty Milton laugh.

Buddy you will be missed by many I am sure. I loved to listen to you talk and tell the stories of when you were married to my mother Linda. I am so so sorry that you left this world the way you did, and as early as you did. I will never forget you.
