Myrtle Constance “Connie” Carter, age 80 of Wilmington passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016 at her home.

She was born on May 20, 1936 in Elizabethtown, NC to Sloan Lewis and Elizabeth Peoples Lewis.

She is survived by two daughters, Terri L. Mugno (Dennis), and Dannielle Ullom (Brian); four sons, Harold L Carter (Ginger), Michael H. Carter, Brian S. Carter, and Joel R. Carter; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
