Barbara Jean (Woods) Jacobs, 78, passed away Friday, June 18, 2021. She was the daughter of Mildred Davis Woods Sholar and Ralph C. Woods. She was predeceased by her parents and sister Mary Marallo.

She is survived by her daughters: Antonette (Toni) and son-in-law Ricky Totherow; Angela Moore Farber and Barry Farber and Alisa Whitaker and Roy Whitaker; son, Jon David Moore; grandchildren: Crystal Lowry, Marcus Jacobs, Jess, Austin and William Whitaker, Jon, Ralph and Miranda Moore and Trey and Grey Farber; great grandchildren: Alaina, Ray Jr., Brandon and Skyler Lowry, Jonah and Kelela Jacobs; sister, Marie Casella; brother, G. David Woods; sister-in-law: Margaret Joanne Woods and cousin, Maida Jordon.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilmington Chapel.

    I am going to miss Bobby Jean so much. I could make this woman and her Mama “Granny” and Mary laugh. Bobby would say.. “you remind me of Jim Carey!” When I would get her laughing. Man, I’m gonna miss that laugh. I know she hugging and loving on Granny, Mary and Ralph and my dad Gene Ray. I love you and will miss you my cousin.
