Rest In Peace, Aunt Irene. I remember all the good times when you and Uncle Jim were on Governors Island. Carol Lynn, you are in my prayers.

I know Aunt Irene is finally at peace, I want to wish peace for those left behind. Carol Lynn, Brittany, Cora, Oliver, James and Ron. My memories are of a much younger aunt. I remember a T- Bird, Aunt Irene's hair up in do rags. We had fun times at the beach when she asked for me to come and stay with her. I remember playing Connie Frances records on her Hi -FI (Where The Boys Are). Aunt Irene was a free spirit just like my Kimmie was. Now they can dance together. Our love goes to all and Aunt Libby too. Aunt Dora, Steve and Nancy

    Kay Gregory says:
Dear Carol....I am ever so sorry for the loss of your mom. Just happened to find her obituary. I have such wonderful memories of the time we shared together as Coast Guard wives and the years after, Hawaii and Governor's Island were extra special times of your dad also. I will miss the occasional phone calls but I will always treasure the wonderful friendship I had with a fantastic lady.
