Judith E. Wade, aged 74, of Leland, passed away peacefully at her home from this earthly life to her eternal rest on Tuesday, April 7, 2020.

Judith was born on April 13, 1945 in Roxboro, Person County, to Baxter and Eula Huff. Preceded in her death was her husband of 47 years, William “Bill” C. Wade.
She is survived by her daughter Donna Clayton, son Tony Wade and spouse Charlie Hicks, daughter Susan Bradley, and daughter Maryanne and spouse Mike Bradley, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren, all of Wilmington. She is survived by sisters Becky and Albert Pruett, Betsy and Dickie Marion, sister Angel and Charlie Vaughn, all of Roxboro, NC. Preceded in her death was her brother, Danny Huff.

She retired from the Salvation Army Thrift Store after many years of service. Because of her love of life, she loved watching old movies, traveling, “dragging main” , and completing seek and finds. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching videos of her great-grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
