Linnea B. Carlson, age 73, of Wilmington, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019, at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice.

She was Born in Brooklyn, NY on February 16, 1946, the daughter of George Blom and Eleanor Steen Blom.

Linnea worked for many years as a Registered Nurse.

My mother Irene Ronning was a long time good friend of Linea. Although I never met her, my mother often shared with me her fond memories. They also wrote letters and cards to each other for years. My mother was heartbroken to learn of her passing. My mother just passed away this June 3rd 2020, age 74. I imagine the have reunited.
