    Tom Travers says:
I’m so sorry to hear of Miriam’s passing. As I’m sure her many friends at work remember, Miriam’s energy, warmth, lovely singing voice, and love of life was always evident. She has been missed since her retirement, and will be missed more now. With deepest sympathies to her lovely family.

So sorry to hear of Miriam's passing. She was one of the first people I met when I started with Counsel. I enjoyed working with her, and learned a lot about being an attorney from her. I also enjoyed talking with her outside of work. We had similar interests in books, movies, and tv shows, and I enjoyed having in depth discussions with her about what we were watching/reading at lunch and after work. Rest in peace.

I met Miriam early in my working life. She demonstrated all the qualities of a good lawyer and a good senior co-worker. Friendly, inclusive, generous, and wise. She made a significant impact on my life, and I miss her already.

    Mike Considine says:
I am saddened to learn of Miriam's passing. She was a titan of a leader and fellow history lover! I will remember our days at the Chicago Office of Chief Counsel fondly. I will never forget the year Miriam brought in her keyboard and played/sang Christmas carols for the office holiday party. I know she will be missed!
