I graduated with Tracy from Enloe in 1996, and was so broken hearted to hear of her passing. Everytime that I was around Tracy, laughter filled the air. She had such an incredible way of making those around her get to another place of joy. My deepest and sincerest condolences to to her parents and family. May the God of peace and ALL comfort strengthen your minds and spirits during this time. Peace, Love and Blessings

Tracy was my student in the classroom and studied and traveled with me in Australia. Boy do I have stories. Most of all I knew she would be a friend for a lifetime. She will be missed by so many. I know she and Sister Lisa and Professor Bill are together and planning their next trip. To one of a kind, Tracy Williams, God Bless your parents!

My heart goes out to you at this terrible time. My special memories of Tracy are of her and her dog dressing up for halloween and tick or treating at my Mom's. She was such a spirited person. Heaven gained a once in a life time person.
