It's so hard for me right now to even Express my feelings. Debbie was one of the sweetest best friends I ever had ♡ She always was happy. We always talked about getting together especially with the next reunion coming up:( I'm sorry I live in NY and never got to see you again :( I love you so much and will miss you:( ♡

This is so shocking my thoughts and prayers are with the family Debbie was a wonderful person and I have missed talking to her since I moved out of Wilmington but a piece of my heart is gone

I am in shock!! Debs was an amazing friend, a terrific listener, and a wonderful advice counselor! She had a beautiful heart and soul. Although we lived miles and miles apart, and ages have passed since an in person encounter, she never failed to check in, listen, encourage or just say hi. She will truly be missed. My heart is with her entire family as I pray for comfort, peace and strength for you all.

I truly remember Deb☺ we talked all of the time after I left out of band class. She was always uplifting. I was very shy and she always encouraged me to do what I wanted & and not worry about what others would say or thought of me. RIP you will forever be in my memories class of '93

Debbie, was a MAJOR part of my high school years. She is responsible for cracking my shell that I was locked in for so long, and boosting my self esteem. My personality, laughter, excitement was born because of her. I am stunned, by her passing, but the memories live on forever. Although, we may have went on our separate ways, new lives, relationships, etc., she'll always be a big part of me. I will miss her for sure! R.I.P. Debs!

May you find the courage to face tomorrow in the love that surrounds you today. May you be comforted by the God of all comfort who has promised to end sickness and death and to wipe all tears from our eyes as the last enemy death is to be brought to nothing, Rev 21:4, 1 Cor 15:26. May you be comforted in knowing that God has promised to restore life to all who he remembers in the grand resurrection, Acts 24:15. My deepest sympathy for the loss of Deborah.
