Anna, I vividly remember meeting Howard when he was assigned to Dilworth Elementary. I was asked to work with him in a drop out prevention program for at risk 5th grade boys. That was the same year he became quite smitten with the assistant principal at Dilworth. Howard was a gentleman and and genuinely nice man. I am so sorry for your loss Anna. Rest in eternal peace officer Nivens and God bless you in your time of sorrow Anna.
