Sorry to hear of my buddy’s passing. We were in Fire Support Base Bolin, I have several pictures of him, HHT 2/11 Armored Calvary, Black Horse. He was Colonel’s Orderally. We had lots of laughs together. I just got my unit magazine, showing his services. Prayers.

I worked with Mr. Thompson at 025. I really can't say anything about him that those who knew him don't already know. I do want to let his wife and daughter know that I am truly sorry to hear about Mr. Thompson's passing. I'm sure he is smiling down on us all saying that everything is going to be alright.

Jenny and Lanee, Charles and I are so sorry. We have such fond memories of Charles. He was always full of fun and laughter. My mother thought the world of Charles. We will lift you all up in our prayers. May God give each of you comfort, peace, and strength during this difficult time. Charles and Vivian King

I remembered having so much fun when we would visit Uncle Charles, Aunt Jenny, and the coolest older cousin Lanee. We loved playing in that upstairs bedroom and always had a great time. My family is fun! Charles was so Much fun. Nothing but good memories from our visits.

Lanee, I will never forget your birthday where Charles and Jenny setup the pop up camper and let us all sleepover in it. How cool we thought that was and now as a parent to two kids about the same age as we were, I realize they were genius! Your daddy always had a smile for everyone! Great memories of when you guys lived in Biscoe. So glad to have known him. Send love and prayers for you all.
