You are all in my prayers. Jimmy meant the world to me, and was there for me when I lost my father. He was a very understanding boss, and one that gave me a chance to grow in my career. I will always remember him.

Jimmy was a wonderful person. He always would make you feel at ease.He had a gentle and caring voice. It would never fail...if Jimmy was around he'd be saying "hey how are you doing" and he took the time listen to your answer even though he was trying to put out one fire after another in his busy job.He has been truly missed at SECU. May his soul now rest in peace.

heartfelt condonences. I worked with Jimmy at the SECU from '77-79. and played softball for him for several years..I learned a lot from him , always have thoughts of him, had run into him a few times over the years , but never really had time to sit down and talk. can remember fishing trips with him and Donnie out to his father's at the coast. Cindy I wish i could be there, but prior commitments will keep me away, but all of you are in my thoughts and prayer.. keith jackson apex,nc

I was so sorry to hear about Jimmy. He was always smiling and happy and brightened my day with his funny jokes and stories. It isn't often that you meet someone like Jimmy whom everyone truly likes. He had a positive way of looking at everything and I will really miss him.

When I first started with State Employees Credit Union, Jimmy was full of life. He was the consumate cut-up and always doing crazy things to bring a smile to someone's face. I look back fondly on the epic "battles" that took place between he and Lester. Every once in a while, one would get to see the tender side of Jimmy, but never was it more evident to me than when he spoke at Pat's funeral. Both sides of Jimmy will be greatly missed.

To the Family: Please know that Jimmy will always be remembered for his kind smile and heart of gold. Take comfort in knowing that his work here is done and he is now enjoying his heavenly rewards. May God grant you all the strength needed to make it through this difficult time.

I will never forget the grief I gave Jimmy and his crew as a new employee using keypunch cards and blowing up the system when one was incorrect. He was so patient with me when I know inside he was boiling! May he rest in peace at his favorite fishin' hole telling a joke and laughing!

Jim and I bonded many years ago as we shared our childhood. Jim loved his wife, children and grandchildren so very much. He was a loving and gentle man. He was kind and eager to help in any way. He was a loving son-in-law. We love him dearly and our hearts are sad. He is now resting in the arms of our Lord without pain and full of peace. With prayerful hearts, Vickie and Burwell

Thinking of you at this difficult time, Jimmy was a kind man who loved his family very much, I could tell that from the short time that I knew him, I know that he didn't often express it, but it was evident. Hold the memories of the good times close forever, for that is how he would want to be rememberd. Peace and love always, Konane

I was very saddened to hear about the passing of Jimmy. No matter what time of the day you saw him, he was always smiling and jolly. He was a sweet easy going soul and who was loved by many at the State Employees' Credit Union. He will be missed by many, but not as much as he will be missed by you his family. My deepest and heartfelt sympathy go out to you all.
