I worked many years with Jim and Carol at Saltworks. They treated employees and customers like family. I have such fond memories of working there. Jim taught us all the meaning of hard work; cleaning up all the crumbs, patting out patties, sorting Lima beans and so much more. Thank you for all the lessons and wonderful memories. Rest In Peace Jim. Sending my love to Carol, Pete and family.

Jim was as good a friend to My parents as anyone could ask for. He helped me get through the tough times. I will miss him and the knowing that he is there forever. Thank you Jim. Thank you Carol and God Bless you both. Now and forever.
