Condolences for Charles Franklin McDaniel

I was very saddened to find this on a random internet search, and of all days, today! The last years have between us have not been the best and I’m sure it’s my fault. I know you are in heaven and probably working on a car or playing some golf. I talk to you every night and this will not change that. I hope that as you look down, you will see Some changes and talk to me again. Mom, I know you are sad and my prayers are with you and Karen. I wish you peace during this difficult time. Love ya!

Words cannot express the pain felt at the loss of someone that is so dear to his wife, his family and even his friends. During this time of grieving it is important to remember all of the good times spent with Charlie and all of the kindness he displayed for others. Although God has called Charlie to his Heavenly family and indeed his Heavenly reward, Charlie will be remembered for all he did while with us and how bravely Charlie faced his final days. Charlie is and always will be our best friend and we will always be here for his wife, Judy, as we promised Charlie but would be anyway because she is and always will be our best friend too!

Losing a husband/father are two of the deepest sorrow a heart can know, but his goodness, his caring and his wisdom live on like a legacy of love that will always be with you. May that love surround you now and bring you peace. May cherished memories bring you moments of comfort. Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near. So loved, so missed and so dear. We are honored to have called Charlie our friend and will miss him dearly.

My deepest and sincere sympathy to my cousin Charlie’s family. My memories of Charlie go back to our childhood. We are 6 days apart in age, and memories of him are happy ones. My dad and Uncle Lester were very close so I always felt a bond with my cousins, and it breaks my heart to think of his passing. I feel comfort in knowing that he is with the Lord and is at peace. Love, Linda

My deepest condolences to my brother Charles’ family. Charlie was a good man and never hesitated to help anyone in need including our Mom & Dad. He helped me when I needed to move a couple of times and helped my Mom so much when she had to move to a nursing home. He was always willing to be there for all of us. I’ll never forget his speech that he gave to his wife Judy when Bill and I attended their 50th wedding anniversary. He said he loved her when they married and loved her even more that day and now after 58 years I know he loved her to the day he went to be with the Lord. R.I.P my Dear Brother. I love you and we shall meet again when the Lord takes me home for my eternal rest. God Bless Judy, Karen & all the family!

Sorry about Uncle Charlie’s passing. He was a really good man. We will always remember when y’all took the time to watch our sons baseball game with us. I know the Lord loves every one of us more than we can think or imagine. Blessings on Judy, Karen, Chuck, and the family.
