I enjoyed working alongside Tina on Susan G. Komen events and was always inspired by her willingness to help others and love for her sons. Her strength, optimism, and kindness will be greatly missed by all of us at Komen. Sending love to her family.

Herbert and I are deeply saddened by Tina's passing. Tina has a special place in our hearts because of the love she showed to our two grandsons. They truly loved her and often told me of the good things she did for them. It was a delight to be in her presences. Enjoy the payoff for you hard labor. Affectionately submitted, Herbert and Velma Williams

Tina and her sister Melanie were my best friends in junior high and high school. Tina was always kind and caring. She would cheer you up with encouraging words when she saw someone making fun of you. She was a good friend. Rest in peace beautiful soul...you will forever be missed and loved!

Tina was my best friend at CastleBranch. She was the strongest person I knew never accepting a diagnosis as final. She suffered so much when her parents died, I’m sure she will hug them first thing in heaven. I will miss her spirit every day and will continue to keep her and her family in my prayers.

Tina lived life to the fullest, no matter what came her way. She was a friend to everyone and showed Grace to us all. She leaves a legacy of Fight the Great Fight and finish your race with courage. Love to her family.

You were such a strong beautiful warrior. You were such an inspiration. I will never forget in high school when you would take my car to go get us all a Big Gulp to sip on from our lockers all day. You loved your Big Gulp! Fun memories. You will be so missed. Your strength in life was so badass! Rest easy beautiful friend.

Tina Ashworth was a woman of strength, courage and full of life. And she lived it fully, not letting this disease define her. She proved to be an inspiration to me of her courage, spirit and strength. She will be remembered with love. Many prayers, thoughts and love go to the family at this time.
