Condolences for Henry Thomas Heitman, IV

The first time we met I asked Tom when was the best time to meet and he said “No better time than the present” which at that time it was around 8pm at night. He was such a good and caring guy who always made time to talk etc at his office or out to eat at a restaurant. He will be missed!

Tom was a good soul. We spent a great deal of time with him not to long ago in relation to his second passion, real estate….but every encounter, we talked aBbout what our kids were doing. His face lit up when he talked about his children. He will be missed. God rest his soul. Our deepest condolences. Dave and Amy Dahl

Dear Peyton and Family, We are saddened and shocked to hear this news. A friend called to tell us as we have been away. Tom mentored us when we joined the real estate world many years ago. He was patient, kind and always wanting his friends to do better. Our sincere condolences on your family's loss. Jay and Cindy Curley

I have a fun group of loving cousins that I shared portions of my childhood with, I love them all dearly. Tommy was Cousin Judy's 1st and was loved by our family as we watched him mature into the fine Man that he was. The Farrell's are all so very sorry that Tom isn't with us any more to add delight to the day and fill his family's hearts with love. Peyton, Madison, Henry, Emma, Judy, Jocelyn, Carly, and the remainder of his large extended family.....our deepest of sympathies. We pray for your peace and healing as you grieve. Sending lots of love to you all.

Larry was so sorry to hear about Tom's passing. We had hoped he would be a survivor of this terrible illness. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends. Larry spoke to me about Tom's generous spirit, and Larry has been very sad over Tom's untimely passing. He will be greatly missed.

I had the opportunity, to meet Henry a few years ago, due to my grandson and his son playing Hoggard football. We hit it off. He had so much energy, passion for his business, and we both love supporting our kids. I am floored about this news! My sincere condolences to the family. you have lost a great man. May he rest in eternal peace!

I can never thank you enough for all you did for our family. I was in high school when you lived with us. You were in college and dating Peyton. The two of you set Becky and Daddy up on a blind date. I have had a huge extended family ever since. Miss you and love you bunches!

When Grandpa Ross passed away, I was about about 9 years old. I broke down at his funeral and Tommy rushed over and picked me up and held me as I cried. I will never forget that moment. I needed comfort and he was there. That is the kind of man that Tom Heitman was. I will never forget his voice saying "I love you". I love you too Tommy, and i will miss you.

How do you say goodbye to someone whose presence filled a room, and a part of your heart. I guess God needed another good soul up there. We will miss you brother and will keep Peyton, Henry and the girls in our prayers. Godspeed Tommy. We will see you there.

My thoughts are with Tom's family. I will miss seeing him at all Hoggard functions and will miss seeing what snacks he found at the concession stand. What a genuine person he was to every single person he met.

So very sorry for your loss. Tom taught my daughters gymnastics in the ‘90’s and I had many discussions with him while standing on the corner of Oleander and College during the mid 2000’s. He was a kind human.

I am so terribly sorry for you loss. Your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers. I keep thinking of Tom, especially at this time of year. Sitting in the football stands, watching Hoggard play.

Loved spending time with Tom, watching UFC fights at his office, just dropping by to chat, watching our girls play softball, etc . You don't meet many genuine people ,with no hidden agenda, in this life, Tom was one them. He will be truly missed. I still can't get my head around it, my heart aches. Blessings to all who were fortunate to know him.
