Condolences for Rhonda Lee Pruss

My condolences to Rhonda’s husband, family and friends. I received a Facebook reminder today about Rhonda‘s birthday, and found out that she had recently passed away. Very sad news. We were friends in the late 1970’s as students in the Georgetown University Legal Assistant, and we lived near each other in Arlington, Virginia, so we hung out as both classmates and friends. She was so smart, kind and fun - a good friend, and we helped each other as we juggled full time jobs, paralegal classes at night and lots of time in the law library. It is obvious from watching her funeral service video and reading the comments that she touched many lives with her goodness and generosity. I am not surprised. I am sorry for her final illness, but it sounds like she handled it with Grace. I will make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association in her honor today - on her birthday. May her soul be rewarded for a life very well lived. My condolences.

Rhonda was truly a women of valor. Her willingness to give of herself in so many different ways, was an example to all of us. There was no job, too big or small, that Rhonda was not willing to take on. May her memory be for a blessing.

I recall walking the trails at Halyburton Park with Rhonda and llearning more about her earlier life as we walked and talked at a Temple of Israel Walk and Brunch. She was always willing to volunteer and enthusiastically one of the first to sign up for activities. My condolences to Don and family and friends.

My sincere condolences to Don and the rest of Rhonda‘s family. Rhonda was a strong supporter of the Wilmington Jewish Film Festival and was always the first to run out to buy tickets as soon as they went on sale. She rarely missed a film. She was a sweet woman and will be missed.
